In the checkout process customers also have the option of upgrading to ‘Australia Post Express,’ in most cases for just a few extra dollars. - Privacy and security is a major concern for online shoppers and you’ll be happy to know Mod Chip Monster has created a secure and private online shopping environment. This online store uses advanced encryption of all private customer information and data. We will never pass on or sell any information about our clients and will not send spam (send junk) to your e-mail address.
- Mod Chip Monster payments go through PayPal, making payments swift, secure and private. PayPal makes shopping online immensely safe for the consumer as we will never see any of your credit card or bank details. The only private data we obtain is your postal address and a list of items ordered. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to purchase from us, you also have the option of entering credit card or bank details into our PayPal checkout, which will charge the total order balance and then transfer the funds into our account.
- Our website logs a list of users for traffic tracking purposes. We do not look at any single user accessing the Mod Chip Monster website, simply bandwidth traffic from all users as a group. These checks are preformed for quality and reliability purposes.
- Replacements
- Faulty products can be frustrating to deal with when buying over the Internet, which is why Mod Chip Monster has implemented a seven day replacement period for defective items. This guarantee covers all items store wide, unless noted otherwise. To be eligible for faulty product support, the item must:
- • Be declared as faulty to support@modchipmonster.com.au within seven days of arrival
- • Be returned in item's original packaging
- • Not be damaged due to incorrect installation or use
- • Not show any signs of being soldered, used or tampered with
- Mod Chip Monster reserves the right to refuse product support to consumers presenting unacceptable behavior.
- Ordering
- Orders in most cases cannot be cancelled as they are instantly e-mailed to our warehouse for processing. Therefore we recommended customers to double check orders before going through the checkout. If you require assistance with an order made please send your enquiry to support@modchipmonster.com.au.
- Payment & Pricing
- As mentioned above, payments are made using PayPal’s Standard Checkout. This allows payments using credit card, bank deposit and PayPal accounts. All payments through our checkout are encrypted with the latest security, keeping your financial and personal details private. The only information we will have from you is your order and postal address.
- Item pricing includes free regular postage and can be upgraded to express for a small amount extra whilst going through the checkout. Pricing at Mod Chip Monster is highly competitive and aimed to provide fantastic savings to customers.
- Viewing Orders
- Orders made can be viewed by clicking on 'My Account' at the top of the page, logging into your account and clicking ‘My Orders.’ Order progress updates will also be e-mailed to the registered customer e-mail account. Orders made as a guest, without creating an account or submitting an e-mail address will not receive order updates.

- Customers can update their information by clicking on 'My Account' at the top of the page, logging into your account and clicking the ‘Edit’ on the fields to be updated.
